"The combination of being part of a global organization like Nestlé along with our focus on new products and packaging has really helped our Supply Chain move into innovative areas. High Performing Factories and High Performing Logistics are two great examples of this innovation where global knowledge is used to develop the best operational models within Nestlé.”

Innovation in our operations has many faces.

Vertical integration is a critical and efficient aspect of a high-performance bottling plant.  At almost all of our 23 bottling facilities in the United States and Canada, we make our own single-serve bottles.  First, tiny resin pellets are vacuum-blown in a dryer, shaped in injection molders, and then cooled as bottle preforms.  Those preforms enter blow-molding equipment, which delivers actual bottles that will carry your favorite bottled water.

The high performing factory paradigm created by Nestlé ensures state-of-the-art performance.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified plants combine operational with environmental innovation.  So far, five of our newest plants have been designed to meet this Certification, established by the U.S. Green Building Council. and continuous improvement.

Our Natural Resource Managers bring innovative scientific expertise, a trained eye and a love of nature to managing our spring water sources for sustainability.
