Arrowhead Mountain Spring was one of ten companies and individuals honored at the recent 20-Year Anniversary of the San Bernardino National Forest Association (SBNF) in California. The company received the inaugural Zimmerman Community Partnership Award, named for retired San Berndardino National Forest Supervisor Gene Zimmerman who had the vision to create a public/private partnership for resource development and community engagement.
Larry Lawrence, Natural Resource Manager, accepted the award. He has served on the Board of the SBNF, now called the Southern California Mountains Foundation, for many years and has been instrumental in building the company’s participation with the Urban Youth Conservation Corps, which provides at-risk urban youth with job training, leadership development and education support.
