Nestlé Pure Life Purified Water is safe to drink. We are providing this statement to relieve worries and concerns people may have.
We have received two consumer complaints about two separate adult consumers in Haleyville, Alabama, and there have been related comments posted on Twitter and Facebook about Nestlé Pure Life. We have conducted a thorough investigation of our Nestlé Pure Life manufacturing and consumer records. There is no indication of irregularities in the manufacturing processes for the two .5 Liter bottles in question. Our consumer hotline records also show no similar reports of concern.
We continue to assure people about the safety of Nestlé Pure Life products sold by Alabama retailers or already purchased by area consumers. We take any consumer questions extremely seriously and continue to monitor this situation.
Consumers with questions should call 1-866-599-8980. Our consumer hotline is open Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time.
We conduct rigorous testing of our products at our bottling facilities 2,000 times per day and retain stock from each production run. For more information on our quality assurance testing, click here: Nestle-WatersNA.com.
