We know that building strong, trusted relationships requires that we keep our promises – and when we trust one another, we can accomplish tremendous things together.
To ensure we make and keep our promises, we maintain a management system called Community Relations Process or CRP. The intent of this process is to help us together identify the unique priorities, challenges and opportunities in your community. We have found that when we apply CRP rigorously, community engagement increases.
To best serve the communities where we live and operate, we recognize the value in listening to community members and being accessible to address their questions or concerns. That is why we regularly invite community members to tour our facilities and participate in regional open houses; we want them to understand the nature of our business, and answer any questions they may have.
