Nestlé Waters North America met today with three representatives from “Think Outside the Bottle” and two community activists one from Maine and one from Michigan. We were able to give a progress report on the company’s transparency in labeling the locations of its water sources and quality reporting since we last met two years ago.
Through the discussion we identified increased public input and dialogue as a key area to work on for community spring water or bottling plant projects.
Kim Jeffery, CEO and President of NWNA joined the meeting toward the end to express his interest in engaging in new ideas with groups such as this one.
