Lisa Walker joined Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) in 2010 and has held various senior leadership roles in human resources. In her current role as Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa is responsible for partnering with the business to develop, evolve and deliver the People plan for the United States and Canada. She reports directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, is a member of the Executive Team, and leads the Human Resources Leadership Team.
Most recently, Lisa led NWNA’s Talent Acquisition & Organization Design team. Prior to that, Lisa served as Vice President, Human Resources for the company’s direct-to-consumer water and beverage delivery service, ReadyRefresh℠ by Nestlé®, where she led the development of a robust, integrated people strategy. This included responsibility for the Human Resources, Functional Training, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, and Communications organizations. Before her work with ReadyRefresh, Lisa led Human Resources for the Technical & Production/Supply Chain function at NWNA.
Lisa brings 20 years of progressive human resources experience from business partner, continuous improvement, project management, organization development and talent acquisition roles with Fortune 500 companies to NWNA. She began her career in human resources in 1995 and spent more than 12 years in the building materials and manufacturing industries. In addition to her corporate experience, Lisa is also a proud and passionate veteran having served our country with the U.S. Army in military intelligence.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
