Lisa Walker joined Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) in 2010 and has held various senior leadership roles in Human Resources. In her current role as Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa is responsible for supporting and enabling our employees, while propelling the organization through the development and evolution of the strategy and the delivery of integrated people plans. She is a member of the Executive Team and leads the organization’s Human Resources function.
Prior to her current role, Lisa led NWNA’s Talent Acquisition & Organization Design team. Lisa previously served as Vice President, Human Resources for the company’s direct-to-consumer water and beverage delivery service, ReadyRefresh® by Nestlé®, where she led the development of a robust, integrated people strategy. This included responsibility for the Human Resources, Functional Training, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, and Communications organizations. Before her work with ReadyRefresh, Lisa led Human Resources for the Technical & Production/Supply Chain function at NWNA.
Prior to joining NWNA, Lisa spent more than a decade with Fortune 500 companies in the building materials and manufacturing industries. She held progressive roles in Human Resources, including Generalist/Business Partner and Organization Development, as well as outside of the Human Resources function in Continuous Improvement and Project Management. In addition to her corporate experience, Lisa is also a proud and passionate veteran having served our country with the U.S. Army.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
