Keefe Harrison is on a mission to clear up misunderstandings – and misleading information – about community recycling services. She feels that recycling should be just as easy to do for community residents as it is to throw something away. And just like trash collection, recycling should be considered an essential service that all municipalities should provide. 

As a leading national force for improving recycling, The Recycling Partnership, which is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, empowers local governments, national brands and industry leaders with grants, tools, partnerships and technical assistance to help make this happen.
